Karen Terese Kugler

Karen Terese Kugler practices exclusively in the area of family law. She believes in working towards a fair and equitable settlement if one can be reached, but is prepared for trial in cases which cannot settle.  In addition, Karen is candid and direct when talking to her clients about the risks, expense, and benefits of litigation.  She is a knowledgeable, empathetic, and assertive legal advocate for her clients on basic and complex family law issues, such as: spousal maintenance, child support, property division and valuation, and custody and parenting time.  She represents clients at both the trial and at the appellate level.
